Silicone Release Paper
A grid patterned paper coated on one side with a standard quality silicone
release agent. This economy grade product is used to cover exposed adhesives
during pressing and can be used in all kinds of mounting and laminating
presses. Size: 1300 mm x 10 mts
Clear Silicone Release Film
A transparent film coated on both sides with a superior quality silicone
release agent. This product is used to cover exposed adhesives during
processing. Though primarily designed for use with glass-topped and
presses, this film can be used in any heated press. Its life expectancy
is over ten times that of silicone release paper. Size: 1300mm x 10

Heatseal Backing Cloth
A fine white cotton-based fabric, coated with a heat activated adhesive
and protected by a silicone release liner. This cloth can be used for
the preservation of items that would be rolled or folded on a regular
bases i.e. maps, charts, movie posters etc. It can be used to reline
damaged fabric or oil paintings and also be used to hinge two substrates
together. Size: 1245mm x 25mts
Adhesive Coated Canvas
A cotton-based beige canvas, coated with a heat activated adhesive.
This is used for canvas bonding images. Size: 1300mm x 10mts

Speedmount
Available in 1mm or 2mm thickness these boards come complete with adhesive
coating on one side which is heat activated eliminating the need for
a separate substrate and bonding agent. Size: 815 x 1120mm (32"
x 44")
Easymount
Available in 1.5 mm thick boards. This board comes complete with an
adhesive peel. It allows for easy hand applied mounting without the
need for any press. Size: 815 x 1125mm (32" x 44")
Foam Plastic
A cream coloured 13mm thick foam used to cover heatseal laminates during
pressing. This foam may be used with all heated press types and is extremely
durable.
Vacufoam
A grey coloured 5mm thick foam used to cover heatseal laminates during
pressing. This foam is only suitable for use in vacuum presses.
Tools of the trade:
Tacking Iron
Used to tack Dry Mounting tissue to the back of prints and then to a
substrate. The small shoe iron is pre-set at a fixed temperature.
Piercing Tool
A metal roller with perforating spikes, used to create pin-sized holes
in unpierced PVC films, allowing moisture and air to escape during the
laminating process.
